Necro weapon balance.
I doubt that nobody is interesting in the subject, so maybe I just didn’t phrase my question properly. Let me be more general:
What weapons need some love right now, and what change would you like to see?
If possible mention a build type/role where this weapon would be the best pick.
Speed up AA on greatsword, lower the cast and aftercast on #2.
Axe needs a longer range, faster attack speed, and a rework of #2
Focus needs a lower CD on #4 and #5, #4 needs to do something other than regen.
Staff – long range utility AoE
Axe – ranged power vulnerability stacking
Dagger – melee cleave power siphon
OH Dagger – utility
Scepter – ranged condition damage
War horn – melee AoE power utility
Focus – ranged power
Greatsword – melee cleave AoE power
Necromancer design guide has always been for limited mobility, hard CC and defensive skills in exchange for Shroud, health, and soft CCs.
Weapons that need love are axe, focus, horn, off-hand dagger.

Axe already got a range increase, which I felt was good already.
What kind of rework you would like on 2? I feel like 2 has a clear goal (burst) while #3 is the one which is lackluster.
Off-the-cuff suggestions
Axe – boon steal on top of vulnerability
Focus – roll Spiteful Talisman CD reduction into base and make Talisman into a condition transfer trait.
War horn – Locust Swarm also bleeds
Off-hand dagger – also transfers conditions from allies to the target
Bleeds on locust swarm would be nice

2 is not that gucci of a burst actually, mainly because it has been outclassed by the powercreep. Even after the buff it doesnt feel like a proper weapon, just the best option for ranged power pressure
