Necromancer Balance : June fool's day ?
Now the “Meh” Changes.
1) Lich form: reduced duration 15 sec + 15% LF.
—> If it’s true it can be traited to get a 144 sec CD instead of 180 and the 15% life force gain is huge it’s still a huge nerf if you remeber the times it lasted 30 sec with a old stab buff.
2)Plague form : inflicts self bleeding.
—> Not a huge damage dealer here 2 stacks of bleedings + trait conditions.
but basicaly it’s a nerf exept maybe if traited.
3) Spiteful Talisman: Reduces focus skill recharges by 20%. Increase damage to foes with no boons by 5%.
—> remains bad.
4) Rending Shroud: While in shroud apply 3 stacks of vulnerability for 10 seconds to foes around you.
—> drasticaly changed the max vuln you can get out of it. (6 would have been to much 3 is definatly low)
5) Unholy Fervor: Reduces recharge of axe skills by 20% and deal 10% more damage to vulnerable foes.
—> still bad
6) Soul Comprehension: Increases life force gain from nearby deaths by 20%.
—> Why keep that ?
7) Weakening Shroud: Critical hits inflict weakness for 5 seconds (10s ICD). When you enter shroud cast Enfeeble on nearby foes (Enfeeble is functionally identical to the dagger skill Enfeebling Blood.)
—> ICD Entring Shroud.

Last but not least
Good changes :
1) Blood magic looks good.
2) Death magic looks good.
3) Focus skill range increased to 1200
4) Blood is Power: This skill now applies 8 stacks of might for 8 seconds to nearby allies. (i’m sad it decrease might duration to 8 sec)
5)* Unholy Feast*: Instead of removing a boon, this skill now converts a boon to a condition on struck foes.
6) Siphoned Power: Striking a foe below 50% health grants 2 stacks for might for 10 seconds. (1s ICD)

I’ve said it in many threads, but I’m totally stunned that they thought it was a good ideas to make us worse and make everything else better.
