You know, at the time I hadn’t realized that my suggestion was a bit too similar to steal; my bad. Suppose the “best” thing to do is remove the teleport piece altogether or reduce the range to 150 and maybe even increase the cooldown to 40s. Thanks for pointing out that glaring mistake.
and don’t forget the quickness
teleport to the foe for a necro is absurd, make it so ur foe teleports to u instead
If Rocket Charge is only 2 leaps then it should look like 2 leaps

Well Thieves are only getting the health bar, not the additional skills. But stealth and evades on my necro sounds pretty kitten good.
