Necromancer Skill Rotation?
Use a 30/20/10/10/0 build.
Use staff, mark 2/3/5, Dodge roll into them for mark of evasion, swap weapons for geomancy proc, activate DS (for triggered DS enfeebling blood tier 1 in curses), DS2, DS5, DS3, drop out of DS cast dagger 5/sceptor 2, then if you like, cast epidemic.
That will pretty much do anyone in. Of course if they have a stun break or a full condition clear, or 3 seconds of invulnerability…
Start with the staff instead.
Mark 2-4, so you combo weakness on the poison field.
Then go into Death Shroud, Weakening Shroud helps here to squeeze in Enfeebling Blood, then DS 2+3 and DS5 either before or after that. Then back out of Shroud to your scepter/dagger, you increase the damage here if you have a Sigil of Geomancy or Hydromancy.
That’s just a basic construct. If you can throw in some more fears by corrupting stability, Spectral Wall or Reaper’s Mark then even better.
Also, keep in mind that this burst is stronger the more conditions are on your target before you start this sequence.

I’ve actually also been wondering this from a PVE standpoint. I’m thinking, as stated before, throw staff 2,3,5 BIP, staff 4, DS 5 and 3, then switch to S/D 5/2 and 1 spam. Have 100% bleed duration but not sure if I should get the curses 33% condition duration on scepter conditions. Currently running 30/30/10. Just want to maximize the rotation for a single target dps.
Afterwards would probably switch to staff once cooldowns are up or if target is already at max 25 bleeds. Not sure how effective spectral wall would be on bosses.
