Alright i’ve been looking at weapon skins for my necromancer that I want to go crazy with nice endgame gear.

I want Final Rest for my staff and Eye of Rodgourt for my scepter.

But I still have my axe and dagger and right now they’re rocking the nightmare skins but as of now I haven’t found any necromancer skins like there are for staff or scepter.

Anyone know some awesome skins for axe and dagger that would fit a necromancer? Non legendary I dislike those skins.

Got the crossing the other day even though I generally dont use a staff unless i desperately need 1200 range. Also have Adam for my focus skin. Plan on getting jormag’s needle for my dagger. Currently have the godskull skin on my axe but plan on getting frostfang. Also using the godskull skin for my warhorn. If i ever go back to using a scepter i will probably be using the wayward wand skin from gw1.

I think the most necro flavored dagger is the Malefacterym. I run that with rodgorts on the mainhand… its pretty nice looking…. Not sure about axes… since I have the COF ones that seem fine to me (not very necroish though).

My necro has the Centurion’s Claws (HoM reward) paired with Infinite Wisdom [&AgGGaQAA]. They have matching color schemes.

My advice is go to the Mist, and just browse through their stuff; they have at least close to every weapon/armor set in the game.

Tear of Grenth = official necromancer dagger, its so awesome that its held the right way instead of upside down causing for some funny animations.

Fair warning, the sythe animation doesn’t line up with final rest wing for warning.

Yep. I’ve often wondered what’s with all of the pink effects in this game.

For Axe I use Maw of the kitten Focus either Adam or Bloodseeker, and Dagger Malefacterym.

I’m also a fan of the Godskull weapon set ‘cause they’re all made of different bones. That axe is pretty kitten and the dagger is just a sharpened bone.

Jaws of Death is another possible axe…

I also think some of the crude-looking metal weapons are fitting – you don’t need a fancy axe or dagger to carve up a body and use the parts for minions!

Godskull weapons are kinda meh … only axe looks decent imo. I prefer Modniir ones … just wish there was a blue variation of the staff (like scepter glow).

Scythe Skin and Final Rest (no matter how common it is now) > Deathwish

Personally I like the Krait Ripper skin. It reminds me of my warlock in D&D that used a sickle.

I like the glow actually… my only gripe with it is the eye is always looking around at the ground. It should be unlocked to spin around and look forward and stuff… instead of looking for pennies on the ground.

For dagger I like the Orrian daggers, because they are larger than most daggers, they have technically 2 blades, so now my necro wildly swinging back and forth makes more sense lol, and they drip what I assume is Orrian water, but I like to rpetend it’s liquid evil
Plus for a particle effect weapon, they are dirt cheap on the TP.

Axe, I finally found one I like, this specific skin is called ceremonial axe, and they can get a little pricey sometimes but I found mine as a personal story reward. So always make sure you preview those rewards before you blindly choose one and vendor it.

Edit: if you’re curious, the focus I’m using is the Charr Meatoberfest Chalice, available from a karma vendor in Butcher’s Block- Diessa Plateau

Immobulus is the best scepter for Necro. I mean who doesn’t like Lucky Charms?

Zhaitan’s Reach for Scepter! It looks so funny when my Necro pulls out that arm and swings it about madly, screaming …“You need a hand, huh!? …a hand?”

DeathWish is also my current favorite Staff – just wish it had some particle effects! <3
