Necromancer build
Full power items with all points into spite using minions as utilitys and axe/warhorn-staff.
Forget about precision, power/vit items are better for that lvl.

Why should I use warhorns when they are useless for 20 levels? I mean, staff does tons of more dmg than warhorns
Warhorn provides swiftness which is king for getting around a map and leveling faster also generates a decent amount of life force when there are multiple enemies around. Also the daze is pretty nice for stopping mobs in their tracks.
I too have a lvl20 necro, I haven’t spent any traits I run axe/warhorn, axe/focus with Blood Fiend, Signet of Spite, Epidemic, Blood Is Power. Seems to be going well so far, you should pick up one of each weapon and learn all their skills in order to get a better understanding of how each of them work!

Thanks, I will. I’m using a staff that only uses signets and does pretty good dmg but warhorns that i’ve bought only have 2 abilities, swarm and some wall of death that do nothing..

Staff skills are called ‘Marks’ not ‘Signets’, and a staff is like the necros ultimate utility weapon and something almost every necro should pick up atleast once. It provides excellent area control as well as ‘utility’(#2regeneration/bleed, #3chill/poison, #4Condition transfer(Putrid Mark may be bugged iirc) and #5 Fear)
Basically just keep playing the game and if you find youself not enjoying the way it’s going change it up!
Errrr, lemme ’splain a bit more.
First, Precision is your best friend while leveling. It scales better than any other stat at low levels. You can sit at 60-80% crit chance through level 40 with no problem. Even without extra crit damage, critical hits do way more damage than stacking power alone would allow.
Use Hunters gear. Use it and abuse it.
Second, the Warhorn is also your best friend. Again, whether paired with Axe or Dagger, you’ll get more use out of your Warhorn at low levels than any other offhand (assuming you’re running a Powermancer). The AoE damage ticks do wonders.
Third, run Wells – at least Well of Suffering. Nothing’s faster at mowing down trash mobs. Popping Wh #5, Well of Suffering, DS #5, #4 chews up everything.
Fourth, learn to use Death Shroud. The fear on DS #3 is key for saving your life when things get hairy. DS #2 allows you to finish off mobs. DS #4 and #5 are you big AoE hitters. Learn to love and abuse DS.
Fifth, while leveling as a Powermancer, pick up points in Blood Magic early. Vampiric Precision (BM V) and Vampiric (BM 15-point minor) will give you a little bit of learning space allowing you to take more hits than you would normally. (I’ve face-tanked Champ mobs in Zerker gear using a full-on Well + Siphon build.)
If you choose to run D/Wh + Wells, at level 20, you take 10 points in Curses. Level 30, 10 points in Blood Magic. Level 40, 0/10/0/20/0. Level 50 0/20/0/20/0. Level 60 10/20/0/20/0. Level 70 20/20/0/20/0. Level 80—whatever end-game build you want. Or 30/20/0/20/0.
Finally, DON’T run Staff as your main weapon unless you’re running a full compliment of Minions. I’ve run a Powermancer since beta. The Staff is NOT a primary weapon. I’ve tried to make it work both leveling and in end-game builds, but unless you’re running Minions (even then Axe works better) or Conditions, it will never bring your damage up to the levels you want.
