Need a PVE Necromancer build
i am lvl 11 necromancer using staff and dagger/focus.
what utilities can i get to help me in pve .
i know there is going to be traits later on and again i dont know what to build out of these traits.
and thx <3
Your best bet is going to be just focusing on leveling, learning how the different weapons work, and which sets you like the best. At such a low level, with so little unlocked there isn’t much you can do in the way of a build.
After you hit lvl 80, and have all the traits and utilities unlocked then start focusing on a build. For leveling up, you don’t really need a build, unless you are jumping into pvp.
It’s the chain I beat you with until you
recognize my command!”
I’d recommend something similar, but I’d say dagger/warhorn + staff. Dagger is very high DPS, and warhorn provides some extra damage, along with swiftness which is key as you are exploring. The daze is helpful but not extremely in low level areas. Staff is good for tagging mobs, and has a bit of utility as well. That and deathshroud give you some nice ranged options. Stats wise I’d aim for berserker at all times (power/precision/ferocity), as it gives the highest damage (big numbers = fun) and isn’t as squishy, so it teaches you to get better at using dodges/skills/skill to survive. Trait lines is sometimes a toss up for people, but I unlocked in this order: Spite, Soul Reaping, Blood Magic. Traits can be up to personal preference. At 80 though, builds really start to come together.
what about the hero points that i am gonna spend on early utilities , will that prevent me from unlocking others later on ?
and can i rebuild my traits i think its called core specialization or something ? or are they just different from each other XD
hi, u probably get better and faster results if you use google and find answers urself..
anyways.. u get enough hero points to skill everything and u can freely change ur traits..
here is an example build:

and a faceroll minion master leveling build

all core necro without reaper

By the time you hit level 80 you will have all the core specs and skills unlocked and you can change them around freely at any time.
Blood Magic can be a nice spec to start with to get the dagger trait, which gives 25% more movement speed. Good for exploring maps.
Minions make leveling really easy, so you might want to use some of those. Wells are also really nice, especially later on when you get geared up and have more traits to play with.
ty for the info guys <3
it helped a lot
Near L 11, you will want to spend just enough points to get either Quickening Thirst or Signet of the Locust, then focus on minions, as they will hold aggro much of the time. Death Magic, Blood Magic, and either Spite or Soul Reaping seems like the most practical leveling path.
Get your movement increase, then focus on minions.
I agree on Blood Magic. speed increase with dagger, lots of life steal, and you get the trait for Wells too. Minions are the favored utility, though I admit I have never summoned a minion. I used signets/wells mostly.
If you think you are interested in doing a condi build, go with the Curses traitline and the corruption utilities. and staff and scepter/warhorn.
I have been using mostly Dagger/Warhorn (Sometimes Scepter because it had more DPS, and Warhorn because of Swiftness) and Staff (AOE’s and Mark of Blood will heal your minions if needed).
I put all my Points into Minion Utility Skills as well as the Healing and Locust Signet and Death Specialization up until Death Nova, I won’t bother with the last two until I am done leveling my other skills first.
Once I had my Flesh Golem and Death Nova as well Locust Signet, I then started putting points into Blood Specialization
For Healing Skill:
1. Blood Fiend – not bad, but will sometimes die leaving you with out a heal
2. Signet of Vampirism – when used will heal your Minions when they attack a target
Elite Skill:
1. Flesh Golem
Utility Skills:
1. Summon Bone Minions
2. Summon Bone Fiend
3. This one I swap around a bit:
- Signet of the Locust – mostly for the 25% run increase
or - Summon Shadow Fiend – if I dont need to run and I need more DPS
or - Summon Flesh Wurm – if I am fighting in an area for an extended period of time as it has more DPS than other minions.
Now I am not entirely sure which Minion is always best but that is what has been working for me at the moment.
For Specializations I have selected:
Death:
Flesh of the Master – Minions don’t die as fast, and increases your Toughness
Necromantic Corruption – more DPS, condition removal and transfer
Death Nova – poison clouds, as well as more Minions (Jagged Horror)
Blood:
Blood Bond – casts a Lesser Signet on Target which helps heal Minions
or
Quickening Thirst – move faster while holding a dagger
Vampiric Presence – you and your minions siphon health
Transfusion – not tried it too much, but I believe you can also heal your minions with this.
Last specialization I am not sure what I will go with, either Spite or Curses? But I will eventually go with Reaper so I can use Rise and two handed sword.
I have been using mostly Dagger/Warhorn (Sometimes Scepter because it had more DPS, and Warhorn because of Swiftness) and Staff (AOE’s and Mark of Blood will heal your minions if needed).
Just to clarify about the DPS, my Scepter was about 10 levels higher than my Dagger at the time, but now that I have gotten a new drop I have gone back to Dagger/Warhorn.
Also the Scepter causing Bleeds I was using it with the Blood Specialization that caused Lesser Vampirism Signet as an experiment.
With scepter, you will need to kite a lot because of the slower ramp up in dps. Minions go especially well with scepter because their damage is independent of your stat’s and because minions help your kiting.
ty a lot guys for the info , its helping a lot <3
and i heard crafting is good way to lvl but need money
