Need a good Tanky build..
just use full soldier amulet and slot in soldier jewels into each armor piece.
Go dagger/dagger or dagger/focus with staff in the offslot.
Death Shroud is what you build around -or could build on- to be as tanky as possible.
30 points and pick either stability of 5 sec Death Shroud and then do what you want after that…Condition, Power, Healing Support.
Look at all the ‘when entering Death Shroud’ traits keeping in mind the 30 point Trait that lowers DS CD to 5 sec…Fury, Might and Condition removal and you will see how ‘tanky’ it makes you.
Unfortunately many of us who enjoy the Affliction/Minion archetype did not/could not find ‘fun’ in DS mechanic.
You can tank pretty well with a condtion-minion: 2310 tough, 20,300 hp, minions and DS for soaking damage, with 920 cond damage…. the one thing you’ll be missing is some source of stabilty.

It revolves around traiting for the staff, wells, and DS. Well of Darkness is your best friend and will save you from everything melee range, and dagger 4 is a medium range multi target blind, and also transfers conditions. Your well of blood will have a 32s recharge and heals for a fair bit.
You could swap out the dagger MH for a sceptre as it does decent damage without traiting.
