Well i just reached lvl 80 , been using rampagers gear so far and with the blood traits it was pretty effective due to the per hit heals… but i wanted to try a condition build.
So heres the question , should i go rabid , carrion or rampager? maybe a mix of two of em? i was thinking rabid armor and weapons with carrion jewelry to boost up some raw pow and vit. wepons would be x2 daggers and staff or scepter , dagger and staff…. any help is welcome! thx in advance!!

I am in the same situation. Recently hit 80 and looking for a strategy. I am just starting to dig into the forums, however I have a lot of the same type questions on gear, runes, etc. Any advice on this topic would assist.

I’m currently using Khilbron armor. Why khilbron? cause it synergizes for condition damage. It gives condi damage (important), it also gives thoughness (always handy, and with rune of the undead 6th slot, you get 5% thoughness > condition damage conversion), it also gives crit rate.

Now the last may sound silly, but weapon slots work on crit, so Sigil of earth (60% chance on crit 5 sec bleed) works better this way. Same for the minor trait in curses, 66% chance on crit to bleed.

Atm Khilbron is again expensive. With karka event lots were brought to economy making the price drop. If this event has a similar chest, the price might drop again, keep an eye on it.

If this is to expensive, carrion is a nice set to start. But it felt slightly (not much though lacking). Hit points (vitality) isn’t really defence (thoughness), and power aint necessary for condition build.

If your looking for just condition damage, Khilborn’s Armor with is the set for you with Superior Runes of the Undead.

With the introduction of Fractals there is even Rabid statted jewelery now.

Carrion jewelry is probably fine to use. The Vitality boost increases your life force pool and the power boost helps you out when condition damage just isn’t the way to go.
