Guild Wars 2

I’ve been trying to make a build but i can’t get it to work or feel confortable and any help would be deeply appreciate.

My objective is to make an hybrid build as some bosses and mobs are better damaged with conditions, for example the Husks.
I have a working build with the ranger that works pretty sweet with that concept but i can’t get it to work with the necromancer.
My points:

The necro has mostly 1 mob focused attack. Even the melee weapons only hits one mob, two at most with AA, while other classes can hit up to 3 in melee range.

Most of necro weapons are really weak in raw damage. Scepter doesn’t do almost any damage you need like 10 seconds to achieve 1K bleeding. Axe does the same damage as scepter but without the condition application.

The conditions in necro are very weak. The bleed and poison are very weak compared to burning:
Bleed/Poison: (0.06 * Condition Damage) + 22 per stack per second at level 80
Torment: (0.045 * Condition Damage) + 15.9 per stack per second at level 80
Burning: (0.155 * Condition Damage) + 131.5 damage per stack per second at Level 80
In raw numbers: with 1200 condition damage you would do: 94 bleeding/tick , 70-140 torment/tick, 317 burning/tick.
But the necro has no access to burning so i find condition build really lacking.

The power builds feel weak also, to have single target weapon really narrow the output damage so i’m not of any help in any combat situation.

We have a lot of skills wasted in boons conversion. I mean wasted because although i see they could be useful in PvP, in PvE were the mobs don’t use any boons those skills are utterly useless.

Although MM works right now because the minions targeting system seems fixed the minions are not of a really help in any serious combat situation, dying to fast to be useful, so you end up using DS and weapon skills most of the time, being the minions only of use when you are confronting trash mobs.

Any advise you could give me?
