New bugs 25/6/2013
I’m not noticing Spectral attunement to have any affect on Spectral Wall
“Unholy Feast: Cripple nearby enemies and remove a boon. Gain retaliation for each foe you strike.”

I think it works but it does not say it in the tooltip, the duration with spectral attunement is 7,5 seconds instead of 5. Try it
Path of Midnight doesn’t reduce the cooldown for Tainted Shackles at all.

Ok my fault, didn’t read carefully.

beat me to it.
EDIT: Also does not need to be unlocked separately on land vs water.
Vampiric is not scaling properly (I hit 27 damage with 1,635 power and 2,600 attack, heal for 19 with 1,073 healing power).
Death Nova only procs when minions are not killed by your skill activation
Torment does not appear to be changing damage on a moving target.
EDIT: Well, sometimes it does, at least.
Torment doesn’t seem to do any damage, Tested in wvw only.
Necro
Supporter of Joorl’s cave
The damage is low. I’m only ticking 97 with a bit over 1600 condition damage on stationary targets.

My bone minions proc the death nova when i sacrifice them, retry.
When you are testing for bugs, please remember to test them in PvE, PvP, and WvW. They can have different workings in all three, and so need to be tested thoroughly. If something is broken, please make mention of the format it’s broken in.
Also, remember that Torment doesn’t change its damage. It simply ticks twice when they are moving and ticks once when they are stationary.

The damage actually does change. The wiki is wrong.
I’m seeing damage from torment in PVE and the Mists, but no boost when they move.

Ok i saw it, it really is ticking twice.

It is not Death Nova itself, it is the added damage it is supposed to do on death. It is not working when you sacrifice a minion, but it does work when they die naturally. Not sure if this is intended or not.
Also, I tested the Blood Magic more. I have no idea what I did, but it is working now…
Couldnt get the death nova damage part to work on bone minions, I didnt explode them, I let them die a natural cause. (pve)
tainted isnt effect by death shroud cd reduction trait it remains at 40sec regardless
Not sure if I should cry or laugh with this patch. Not only it’s full of bugs, but it’s all pvp stuff.
100% World completion.

Something I think that was related to this: if you enter combat while poisoned, (Opening strike poisons or, for example, testing on golems with corrupt boon) the healing from vampiric is reduced by 33% until you leave combat.
Interestingly, if you’re poisoned during a fight, vampiric’s healing doesn’t seem to be affected.
These tests were done in the heart of the mists.
Edit: Actually this might just apply to all healing? Is poison still working properly, or is the self-poison from corrupt boon just weird…?
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.

Yeah I would like to point out that in the last video I made, I was seeing no condition ticks up around 180-200 damage, which SHOULD be the range you would expect from a moving target under torment.
I did see some up around 175, which would be close, but it did not seem to be always when the target was running. I had one necro running around like crazy… but only had 98 damage ticks from the torment.
I am guessing that it has something to do with the source. I bet once the game loses track of the original source of the torment (like if you epidemic it over) it just goes off non moving damage levels… I will have to test more.
I think that it just increases the rate at which it ticks, visually. So when a target is moving, there’s twice as many numbers flying off as when they’re standing still.

Deathly Perception does not seem to increase the crit chance while in DS ?! (WvW)
Btw, something seems to be kittened up with DS life force damage taken and degen on lower levels, someone check our Downed state they might have fixed it but kittened up DS.
Torment doesn’t double the tick, but (from what I hear) ticks twice instead.
yeah, i think that is right Bhawb. I see it tick more when they move. which is about right. its one tick (about 88-96) and then x2 when they move. easier to see when you test it on creatures.
I just like the DS 5 animation… I cant figure out what damage it does yet tho, said in combat log I hit something for 1, 700 with DS 5?
if it goes off, and they stay in it the entire time, yep, there is a spike damage at the end of it.

BOOM cheers buddy.
