Is this spec still viable? I know there are changes coming soon too so would it change much? I just boosted my Necromancer first 80 and want to know good spec for WvW with Living Story solo

If you want to solo or small group roam yea.

for larger groups, or zergs, you can always go power midline. Also that one a setup that allow you to use the same armor in both pve and WvW. In that case, the midline reaper build is one that is very much needed in WvW since its quite an abundance of condi reapers there already.

Can you link me to this build that shares both PvE & WvW?

Come the new expansion on Sept 22, all reaper condi builds will most likely be gone. Invest as you see fit.
