the primary thoughts being Condition damage – precision – condition duration.

I am looking for a style viable for pve and wvw. not sure if I’d use this for spvp though, i think i’d go for a more drain centric build for that. I am pretty new to the class, but already know I really, really enjoy this weapon combo. Any suggestions for improvement?

I enjoy a healing + power build, but most of the traits don’t work atm, so I can’t really tell you how effective it is. I would comment on your build specifically, but you provided a bad link.

I will be the first to admit I am no expert. However, I will do my best to give some feedback.

The first thing I notice, which I have seen a lot around here so maybe you can enlighten me on why, but you use Epidemic, but can’t stack a large amount of conditions (as far as I can tell). I find that Epidemic+Signet of Spite work great together (I actually went for the signet build, to find out that some of them don’t even work right). Since you are going condition damage, maybe change out spectral walk for Signet of Spite?

I am happy to see you go Lich form, as it is the coolest thing ever (and can do the emots as well XD) and will help with DPS. I would also recommend Plague for underwater/ pre Lich form.
