I mean would it be a problem if we could stealth with nightfall -> RS 2? It would be pretty much impossible to use Putrid Mark for group stealth because it would have to hit an enemy. Well, could do it off a critter in WvW.

No i disagree, It is fine as dark field. Also the animation doesnt really look like a smoke field.

Nah, dark field is fine.

Only problem I see with Nightfall is that it roots you in place for quite a considerable amount of time.

We already have tons of dark fields. Why is it fine to get yet another one?

Easy fix: make it instant cast.

Nah, nightfall is good as a dark field, they just need to make a dark aura that siphons or blinds and give that to people who leap or blast dark fields. As for us having too many dark fields, changing well of power to a light field, and maybe corruption to ethereal would help.

Yeah they need to make vampiric aura for leaping through dark fields already.
