Still has ICD just doesn’t state it, I just killed a bunch of coyote’s in WvW. There are a few ICD skill/traits that don’t have the icd in skill tooltip anymore you can see some people talking about it in the thief forums too.
I think they just forgot to add the tooltip ICD’s to the traits.

Might have a ICD, I haven’t tested mass AoE killing at once.
I should clarify the DS exit, is sPvP, not WvW or PvE world.
It also seems, focus #4 ‘bounce’ has a better range. (Getting regen bounce back without having to run in to a small range of last mob hit, and it’s not hitting me first on the way out, it’s bouncing back!)
Ok, scratch that… I think he’s still got a 10sec CD… but… extra life with 50% plus the 73% boost with patch, plus my constant staff regen, and transfusion on CD. Is makin them last longer…
All trait cooldowns are in the upper right corner of the tooltip, with the little reversed arrow symbol.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.
The tooltip for Reanimator now reads as a 30 sec. cooldown.
I was excited to see that reanimator was finally useful…imagine my surprise to find out that it’s still the worst piece of garbage trait every to exist in any game EVER
I’m getting 2x of them out at once, both on about 50% life… ^Shrugs^

I believe it was always a 30s cooldown.

Yeah, the health buff on them makes the trait better, since having 2 out isn’t a luck thing anymore. I’m willing to bet seeing 3 won’t be too uncommon either. It’s a swingy trait, to be sure, but any improvement to minions in general also improves it.
Still only a PvE/WvW trait, though.
Ok… So… Jagg horror, still as crap, but extra life to all pets makes it seem less so.
Looks like the DS no CD on exit, is just server side lag making it seem that way…
Anyone else seem to get there bar back without a +1sec CD when leaving a transform or it just lag makes it feel good?
Anyone tested Putrid Mark?
(Think Im giving up trying stuff for a bit, I’m getting 25 odd seconds before I can press a object like chopping a tree, my ping to server’s 460ms constant, so god knows whats happening server side.)
not sure if any1 else noticed, but locust swarm now gives 2% life force per target hit, unless it just a tooltip bug.
Guys, cooldown on DS exist still exists, just it no longer procs randomly when manually leaving ds.
Putrid is still just 3 conditions and marks still go on full cd on interrupt/swap.

Also scepter #1 (chain 1-2) has got 1 extra second bleed, up to 5 (before it was 4).
Before patch tainted shakles were hitting enemies twice. The first one after casting it, the second one after the delay is running out.
Now they only do damge after the delay.
But i guess this is how it was intended. Therefor it´s a fix, which decreased our dmg output a little bit

Noone used Tshackles for damage, its for the immob/zone control/condition cover.
It was pretty fun using it as power necro, because it was a nice bonus due to the low cast time. Plus it dealed 2x 2,5k up to 3k AoE-damage
