Which, considering no PvP combat occours underwater and PvE mobs hit so slowly as for the retaliation to be meaningless…

The animations of the wells look really strange. Like a 2 dimensional object that rotates with you…

I think i read for mesmer, they allowed Illusion of life, a ground targeted rezz to work underwater. It does the effect around the character, like if you mouse clicked the effect.

Maybe same stuff hapenning to wells

Intersting is that focused rituals trait doesnt work underwater.
