So I decided to use a celestial build for necromancer just for fun but it turned out quite well result wise but I don’t understand the build myself…

Could you try it out and tell me how it works for you?

Dodge also works to give regen to allies and yourself, getting hit heals you, dishing out condi dmg heals you, you can return conditions to foes quite easily, swapping in and out of DS will give you stability for stomping etc.
the spectral skills are what gives you the life force to be able to use DS in the first place.
Runes of traveller gives you some much needed mobility. Wouldn’t dare run without it.

I once tried to play a celestial necro. The biggest problem is that it doesn’t make enough use of healing power and if you try to atapt it for wvw roaming the lack of mobility kills the class.

Eles have: regen + heal on dodge (at water) + heal when attuning to water + soothing mist + dagger 5/staff3

Engis: heal on kit + healing turret + regen +very high block up time

war: healing signet + adrenal heal+ shouts + regen from dogged march

Necro has only: lackluster signet +regen +some weak healing traits. Necro also relies too much in DS bar regen, which is not affected by your healing power.

Your build looks like a mess to me.

You’re using 2 signets and 2 spectrals, yet no specialization traits, which I’d say is a huge mistake.
The Blood Magic traits are a complete waste, compared to how much more the Staff Mastery gives you for the same cost.
I tested Sigils of Torment and I find them lackluster compared to more mainstream options like Geomancy, Energy or Air/Fire combo, bah, even Frailty does something more valuable.
You’re using Parasitic Contagion in a build that deals damage by sitting in DS and spamming Life Blast (hence taking Reaper’s Might), where it doesn’t work. Signets don’t work in DS either.

As I said, not to my liking with many inconsistencies and efficiency leaks. Not saying there isn’t a semi-decent celestial build for necros out there, but it surely isn’t this one.

I tried to use some of the skills you were originally using, building at the same time on strengths and optimizing the build. There are many possible changes, but please take a look and notice how the options I propose increase the overall power and condi DPS without sacrificing too much defense.

To utilize all of the stats on celestial amulet you need d/d and staff as your weapon set. Regen from staff, and life siphon mean you can actually make use of healing power, and there are enough bleeds to make condition damage valuable.

Necros don’t have reflects, invulns, vigor, blocks,
extra dodges, real stability, mobility skills,
burst skills, sustain, or good support. GG ANET.
