Parasitic Bond does not seem to be working. There’s no trace of it in the combat log and we’ve tried looking at the health pool (with no minions out) and making sure to get the killing blow but there’s still no health returned.
Can anyone explain what it does and how it’s triggered?
It’s been confirmed that it does not in fact work. There are several traits, all related to healing, that aren’t functioning with necro, as well as other classes. It’s definitely some kind of bug.
