Here it is, my current TPvP necro build: Path of Ventari
[I take all credits for it]

Pros:

  • Less Faceroll
  • Very good sustain
  • AoE damage
  • More boon convert
  • AoE regeneration for the team
  • Shorter CDs

Cons:

  • Less single target dps
  • Shorter fears
  • Harder to play

Traits:

Curses:

  • Hemophilia
  • Terror
  • Path of Corruption

Deathmagic:

  • Staff Mastery

Blood Magic:

  • Mark of Evasion

Soul Reaping:

  • Path of Midnight
  • Soulmarks

Runes, Weapons and Sigils:

  • Scepter/Dagger and Staff
  • Energy and Geomancy on each weapon set
  • Runes of the Krait

So this is just very old Reinhart build made around 2012, the build I was running up to March 2013.

I dunno… Personally, I’d just drop Soul Marks and Mark of Evasion and go for Transfusion AoE heal maybe?

But I’m running now 0/6/4/0/4 with Reaper’s Protection and Nightmare Runes. Works pretty legit.
There was also that Lopez’s Balthazar runes build which isn’t bad.

I’d even drop Terror if you plan on using build like this. Maybe Banshee for Horn ?

Path of Ventari? This build was one of or the most popular in early GW2. The only change made is Path of Corruption. Krait runes were also used back in the day. The extra bleed duration you get from the runes are overkill and will most likely never affect your damage since your bleeds will get cleansed before the extra seconds start to tick. You have a total of 65% bleed duration. The base bleed duration on your weapon skills/abilities is already high and this is why you never want to go above 20/30%. Bleeds that last longer than 10 seconds will most likely always be a waste in PVP, which is what you play. Also, Weakening Shroud with this rune setup, would be a way better choice.

Not a bad build, but it is by no means min/maxed.
