I see a lot of traits in the blood magic line that revolve around siphoning health. My main question is if the siphon actually heals a respectable amount of health.

Depends if you find 25hp respectable when you hp pool is between 20k to 30k.

Lol, it appears as though my suspicions were correct in that case.

It’s slightly noticeable in a MM build with the minion leeching trait, but yeah, pretty sub-par for all other things.

If you trait in it I believe its not 25hp, but entire 29hp – almost 20% increase : o

also tested and it appears to be dependent on Power. If you use dual dagger, for leveling, then it`s ok.
If you are 80… it`s not ok.
