I’m not positive if this build has been done before or not, seems like it might have, if not it is rather strong and worth posting. It is a variation of the Potentate build, with a different focus entirely. This is not a well bomber.

	- Carrion Amulet (Berserker’s Jewel)
	- Dagger (Sigil of Air) and Warhorn (Sigil of Earth/Sigil of Accuracy)
	- Scepter (Sigil of Air) and Dagger (Sigil of Force/Sigil of Earth/Sigil of Agony)
Utilities
Primary Stats
	- 30% Crit chance (50% with Fury) (35% with Dagger equipped, 55% with Dagger equipped with Fury)
	- 10% Damage bonus when attacking from behind
	- 12% Damage bonus when attacking an opponent after using Signet of Spite
	- 24% Damage bonus when attacking an opponent after receiving Spite and Fear from behind. 44% damage bonus when they are below 50% health receiving the above.
The primary strategy with this build is adaptation. It is an adaptable build suitable to kill in many situations. Plague Signet and Corrupt Boon are very strong together, and with this build you can create a very sizeable burst depending on your opponent. You can also burst using your Signet of Spite along with Doom into Dagger bombing.
Dark Path is very important, as it chills, and adds bleeds. You can immediately fear them to get them to turn around so that you may get the damage bonus for a serious burst.
I believe Necromancer was built with Condition-Power hybrids in mind, just by looking at how things were SUPPOSED to synergize. For instance: If Feast of Corruption worked properly, 48% damage off Spite, added to other max-damage-bonus it equates to a 92% damage bonus. That’s quite a bit.
