Plague Blast vs Life Blast

I never noticed just how much better it is underwater.
Playing the engineer “as intended” is simply not viable.
Unholy Marty should cause life transfer to transfer conditions from allies to yourself like the underwater version. Maybe a trait for life blast would be alright too. (Then make underwater skills the same as land skills)
It might not be overpowered with a trait like that… I mean, you’re spamming 1 over and over which is really obvious. Doubt we’ll see a trait/change though.
Reapers might would have to change. We would consistently be at 25 stacks if our ds1 was that fast.

Because underwater combat wasn’t designed to be balanced at all, and Plague Blast is one of the most ridiculously broken auto attacks in the entire game, easy.

Even if they don’t add the cond transfer (which is awesomely OP) the recast reduction would go a long way to making us more viable.
