The passive does need to pulse more reliably, I will definitely back that. Not certain we need it to constantly shed conditions, though. Necros already have tons of ways to do that.

You don’t have staff, dagger offhand, consume conditions, well of power, fetid consumption, spiteful removal, or shrouded removal? Then maybe its your build?
I suggested a reduction of % condition damage when equipped on drawn conditions..
A removal of 2 condition when casted on an enemy.
but yeah the skill is utterly useless in teamfights.. how does one survive 25 stacks of weakness/bleeds and other crap reapplying itself within seconds.. ..
(Thing is, anet tried to make a team based skill for support but didn’t realize that it’s an instagib most times if this signet comes close to a brawl..)

If that happens, you activate the signet. You clear whatever stacks you have and aren’t getting more transferred to you.
I say leave it as is. As a player who runs 20/0/20/30/ minion master, I like being able to sub a minion out for PS and effectively make my party immune to conditions.

If anything it doesn’t pulse enough.
Anyways the best use for the skill is to negate duration stacking conditions like burning or poison or weakness or blind for the party.
