What do you think about transferring condi from illusions(im not sure here)/minions/etc ?

I’m not really sure what do you mean.
Is it okay that it transfers conditions from all allies ? – Isn’t most helpful thing when there are only NPCs around you, but okay with that
Is it a good skill? – Yea, why not. Wrecks Engineers
Do you use it? – I used to, but I find WoP better personally and more reliable
