Plague Signet In Dungeons
It draws a condi from one ally every X seconds, it seems to pulse around every 3-5 seconds.
well, it’s doesn’t draw anything even in 10 sec time. I’ve notice clearly in PvE when my ally is about to get crippled by wurm for example I instantly draw conditions from him,yet in dungeons everyone get’s conditioned, and I’m standing there waving….smiling and waving.
I haven’t tried it yet, so I’m curious how it works in PvE (outside of dungeons) and PvP? Does it draw conditions continually or in pulses? Etc. Obviously, I’d have to try it out to see the details, but I’ve been puzzling over whether it works in such a way that you could draw multiple 25-stacks of conditions onto yourself within a couple of seconds and end up dying before you can discharge them in some way?
Bottom line, in practice (most concerned about world PvE and WvW right now): is it skating on the edge of death or is it fairly manageable? Does it have a significant impact for your team or is it an “oh, that’s nice” kind of skill?
I use it to support during the swamp fractal in FotM and it definitely pulls cripple, poison, etc. there. I’m not sure what to suggest, but I have noticed it working and pulsing every 3-5 seconds as Oblivion.8307 above suggested.

It copies, not transfers, the times I’ve used it in dungeons, making it simply overload the necromancer instead of being beneficial to the team.

This has been a bug with it for some time now.

•(NB0021) Utility: Plague Signet: only removes the first condition, the others are just copied. (Like Deathly Swarm and Gathering Plague)
It is presently in the ‘trash can’. I think the consensus is that its a design intention as opposed to a bug, then again who knows
As with any signet, activating it puts the passive on cooldown as well, any competant necro should not get overloaded with conditions from all cond removal /transfer abilities they have
Oh, thx Savan, I looked at the bugs but didn`t check out the trash can=/.
That`s a bit stupid tho, I don`t see many reasons why necro would like to be overloaded with conditions.
