I could be wrong here but sometimes when I activate this skill, even if the enemy is within range, it will not remove the conditions. When I tested this skill on dummies it works even if I am facing away, and so ii can’t be that I am not facing my opponent.

Either I am just mistaken here, or can someone else tell me what other factors may stop plague signet from removing conditions on to an opponent.

Please can we only have people reply who have an informed answer, and why you think that? A good discussion on this would be appreciated.

Read the bug thread, its sticky’d on the top of the necro sub forum. It’s a known, and extremely annoying bug where it simply copies conditions instead of transferring them. I wouldn’t use it until it eventually gets fixed.

I know about that bug. That wasn’t what I was referring too. I mean when I activate the signet to transfer my conditions to the foe, even when they are in range, sometimes it doesn’t transfer them to my target? Is this a bug also or is their some skill that prevents me from doing this. OR am I imagining this?

It could be that they are not in range. Since the ability can also be used as a stun break it will let you use it even if your target is too far away, and you won’t get the “out of range” error.

Dodge / block / out of range are a few I run into when it doesn’t transfer. Sometimes it happens so fast its hard to tell why though.

and dont forget is a BS that many times dont work. dont know any other classes BS that dont work when you just activate the skill…..

I’m pretty sure it can be blocked. In a match I was facing a warrior (or a guardian? Don’t remember correctly) but not auto-attacking. I activated the signet and I’ve see an nice “Block” icon on that warrior.
