I leveled my necro to 80 just in time for the patch, and now I’m completely lost in terms of what I should use for my zerg necro. What’s the favored build for zergs thus far?

Generally just run exactly the same meta build as in the past. Just use Blood as the third spec.

Pretty much this.
Axe/WH (or Focus) with Staff.
Only change that might become more stable is running WoP in addition to the 2 standard wells for all the buffs/lifesteal.

Blood isn’t listed on the main meta build. Which 3 traitlines do I use?
