Potential boost for necros in pve
It’d probably be to strong. Burning, bleeding, poison, vulnerability, weakness and cripple are all really easy to maintain, and you could also get chill, confusion, blind, torment, and immobilize in sparse amounts, so an average of about 14% damage increase would be incredible. Maybe if it was 1% per condition it would be more reasonable, but then your lowing necros dps.
extra dodges, real stability, mobility skills,
burst skills, sustain, or good support. GG ANET.
Probably too good for PvE, absolutely game-breaking for PvP, since a condi-necro would allow a massive DPS increase for allies.
Hmm, maybe just have it be for PvE then and leave the trait as is for PvP. I just think necro really needs something it can contribute to a party to boost their viability in group settings of Pve. But seeing as necro is fairly good in WvW and PvP but bottom of the barrel in PvE, I think PvE specific changes are pretty much required no matter what.
Even in PvE, the ability to boost every member’s DPS easily by 10% using a minor trait that is already okay is over the top. We need changes, but they basically need to be made to underperforming traits.
Necro needs bosses overhauled so they spawn more adds and Unshakable’s chance to resist conditions depends upon the condition damage stat.
