Necro has little team support until next Espec, but does have a potential niche bit of Team support that would work incredibly well with Scourge.

Slight Changes to Blood Magic:

Most notebly Vampric Presence – Buff to around 60-70 per hit, this still isnt enough to fully sustain, but does mean that there is more of a reason to take a Necro with you. The class is the ‘tanky’ steal health class. Letting your team benefit from this would be a nice way for a necro to provide a little something. Also with scourge it has even better synergy, someone is low, you barrier them and while the barrier absorbs they are slowly healing up, not massive bursts like true healers but enough to the point it has value.

Doubling the base values of vampiric presence would help a lot, especially for scourge.

If they would just give the curses line an AOE 150 expertise buff like other classes have it would help a huge amount, and even that alone makes condi necro a reasonable choice in every aspect of PVE.

If they would add a 10% or 15% damage to enemies standing inside our wells via trait, this would increase the viability of power necro a lot.

All we would need than are some base number modifiers on certain power skills, or % modifiers in traits and everything would be fine, really. These PVE aspects are the most easy ones to fix, the “harder” problems to fix like shroud scaling in different scenarios, lack of stunbreak, mobility and stab are harder to come by though.

It wouldn’t help at all. Almost everyone configures their character to have 99-100% duration.

It wouldn’t help at all. Almost everyone configures their character to have 99-100% duration.

That’s a lot harder to do with the nerf to Pizza and Toxic crystals. Most classes can get 100% with a single condition, but I think Scourge will be one of the very few who can hit it with all of them.
