Power D/D necro. Need advice
it might work but since you are talking about power you need to take the 5%toughness->power trait from death magic line (25 points). You dont actually need the 15% faster dagger skills since you can get condition transfer from the staff as well or go into deathshroud to avoid condition damage. The speed on auto atk skill is too small to make a difference.
Furthermore I understand why you would want to put points in soulreaping (25% critdmg) but the traits u get from it are useless to you if you want to just hit with your dagger. Unless you want to stay in DS most of the time but then why would you go for daggers.. Staff makes more sense if you are going to be in DS imo. Anyway..drop the soulreaping and put only 20 on blood magic for the wells cd reduction. For sure 25 points on death magic for extra power and the rest divide between spite and curses (a 15/10/25/20/0 maybe). Cavalier jewels (Balthazar’s temple seller) with rubies on them to make up for the lost crit damage bonus cause droping soulreaping traits.
edit: 25 points on blood magic for 5% damage when over 90% is not actually helpful since you want to use blood is power. Most probably you are not going to be running around dungeon bosses with over 90% health most of the time.

I see your point, but…
1. I’m tired of being tank in pve, so I wanna to have less tough then in cond build, as I know it is one of aspects in agro-generation mechanics. So i cant see a lot of use in death magic traits and especially in 5% tough -> power. Just a little tough not to be full glass canon, nothing more.
2. I like idea of dropping off 15% dagger speed. And idea of 5% dmg when hp is above 90% too. So 20 points in blood for wells cd.
3. I really hate necro traits tree. Idk what`s the use of going into curses and DS except crit and crit dmg. But I need them for power build >_< I dont feel like hybrid build, I dont wanna use cond dmg at all in this build (BiP only for might).

can I ask why you want to use dagger offhand? It can be used in power builds for the weakness/blind, but it transfers conditions and applies bleeds as well, so it tends to supplement condition and hybrid builds better. If you aren’t going for any condition damage and going full power you would be better served to go focus or even warhorn for the LF regen and mobility. D/D is good, but probably not optimal in a pure power build.
