Guild Wars 2

Looking for a power necro build for a player that is new to necro and just recently hit 80. This is not my first MMO, or pvp game, and I plan on doing 99% WvW and Spvp on the side. Any suggestions? I know the Sept 9th patch may have made some changes, so thought id come to the forums for some help. Thank you in advance!

For wvw zergs take the ranged aoe targeted wells on a glassy build.

For smaller scale roaming, take a plus 50crit while in DS , with some spectrals and much life force generation.
