Hello,
What are good utilities for a power necro. My friend plays a mesmer and we like to duel in PvP. He uses staff so he has a stunbreaker and port every 5 seconds. Wells don’t work, when I immobalize him and drop my wells he just ports out. Almost all of the other necro utitlities are for condition builds. I was thinking about BiP.

I’ve been rolling with Spectral Walk, Epidemic, Blood Is Power. Epidemic is the one I’d swap if needed, either for something from spectral or corruption skills (build focuses on those two). Spectral Grasp is a nice way of being annoying, but it’s highly dependent on situation.

Wells are the go to for me in group fights most the time. Yes they do fail against smart players in tpvp for power builds Spectral Walk is always on my bar, others I change out alot are BiP, Epidemic, corrupt, rez sig, and Spectral Grasp (like having another rupt but its buggy). Sometimes I run 3x spectral skills for dueling, walk, wall, grasp.

Minions are also a good choice or a mix with minions for power builds.

Really are no game changers must haves for power builds like for condition builds, rez sig is great and corrupt boon is still good in a power build, BiP is a great choice for power but not a must.

For a power build, Blood is Power is always a good choice for the might. Spectral walk is good just for mobility, and I usually bring Well of Suffering with me as well.

Some other good ones depending on the situation are Well of Darkness, Well of Curruption, Spectral Grasp, and if you can use it properly, Spectral Wall

In pvp you’re not going to go anywhere much with wells, people walk out of them so easily. I’d suggest blood is power, spectral grasp and corrupt boon. Blood is power has 10 stacks of might which is always useful and bleed. Spectral grasp is a good pull + freeze which is a good initiator. Corrupt boon is mainly for guardians/mesmers/eles with tons of stacks of regen and stuff on them.
