Guild Wars 2

Been out of the game for 6 months, just come back and before I was using a Wells – Power Necro (Ok but not great).
I’m wondering, with the recent changes, what is an effective build for the power Necro? Any big changes I should know about?

You can go wvw zerging/bag farming with about anything but minions.

Other than that level up a guardian or anything else with no necro in its name.

0/0/30/30/10 axe/dagger and staff with full PVT everything with plague is awesome goodness in WvW if playing frontline with a zerg. With full stack of bloodlust (which is easy to get, trust me) and food buffs = near 2700+ power. You lead the zerg in with plague and blind and let your backup frontline kill, kill, and kill = bags galore.

I like 30/0/X/X/30 with a mix of Zerkers and Knights gear. D/F + Staff, Consume Conditions, Spectral Grasp, Well of Suffering, Signet of Locust/Flesh Wurm, Flesh Golem/Plague. It works pretty well for me. A lot of people like Axe for their mainhand weapon, and Dagger and Warhorn can work well as off-hand weapons too. It really comes down to what you like.
