Just wondering what the previous patch has done for necromancer because i cant find any patch notes, or was there any changes made ?

Lots of underwater change, they added a lot of finishers to water skills.

Not much else, you can look the patch notes in the News and Annoucement forums. Were always at the end of the list, and yes sometimes we’re not even there
