Reaper greatsword is a power weapon. There are condi builds that use GS, but not as a main weapon.

Your build is entirely up to you. Want to stack bleeding/poison/torment on stuff? Go condi stats. Want to hit things really hard? Go power.

idk define main weapon. its as important as scepter and looks way cooler so i mainly have my gs visible all of the time out of combat (+ its an opener weapon for the rotation).

ps. power reaper doesnt hit things really hard. its worse than power mesmer lol

Power reaper is still about 20% more dps than power mesmer. and ramps up faster

While this benchmark is not done properly (racial skill and writ of strength) the numbers are big enough to expect even with 100 less power and different elite it will still beat 24.3k
