Hmm i doing everything. Only think im not sure is 10 traits in curses
Well the first thing I notice is you’re running 2 wells, without the ground targeted wells or well cool down traits. As I’m sure you know, this means you will need to be standing on top of the enemies whom you want to hit. Without the stability trait (grandmaster shroud) this may land you in a bit of difficulty, especially if you’re low on defence. The well of power may not proc on you for stability if there are more than 5 people in the area.
Also, lich form is nice, but for wvw group play you may want to consider plague form, as it comes with a boost to defence and you effectively have stability for the duration of the elite being active, while constantly blinding or crippling 5 enemies within your range and dealing a small amount of damage.

0/0/30/30/10 axe/dagger and staff with full PVT with plague is awesome goodness in WvW if playing frontline with a zerg. With full stack of bloodlust, which is easy to get, trust me, and food buffs = near 2700 power. You lead the zerg in with plague and blind and let your backup frontline kill, kill, and kill = bags galore.
