Want to finish my pve zerk gear (already have full ascended rabid weapons and jewelry for condi) but as i use it not much i’ve actually don’t know which weapons are better.

So which ascended weapons craft for zerk necro first? Axe+focus/dagger? dagger+dagger/focus?

Dagger warhorn and focus, in that order.

axe works better at harder mobs so u can have some distance (champs), while knife is imba againts normal and veterans.

Axe #2 is less dps than dagger #1. But if you really need to range then you could get axe.

yeah primary for dpsing is always the dagger. at least for me.

Who uses dagger for LF generation? It is to slow.

For DS build use Axe+Warhorn(for aoe)/Focus(for single target) and axe trait gives 10% more dmg for DS.

Warhorn 5 with DS gives you against 5 targets more than 70%-100% life force in 10 second. Spec “reapers precision” if you are using warhorn and a DS build.

Use both.
1) Before DS, change to axe.
2) After DS, use axe2.
3) Switch back to dagger for non kitten dps
4) have enough LF, go to (1)

or do this, it is more faster without the dagger.

4)Back to DS again in nearly 4 seconds.

Warhorn 5 + “Reapers Precision” is op for DS build but a lot of people dont know it. You will gain LF instead of losing in DS while Locust swarm is up.

I recently switched to “Assassins” armor and i run Axe/Warhorn and Dagger/Focus

Once of my burst combos is Dagger #2 > DS#4 > Axe #2 its great with all my crit (73% unbuffed) for procing Sigils and such. Obviously that’s just the backbone of the burst combo you will want to time auto attacks and wells in there.

Overall Staff does not offer a whole lot to a PowerCrit build imo
