Does the Spectral Armor from the trait Last Gasp benefit from the trait Spectral Mastery? I would like to think that it would, but I’ve seen other traits which have things like that being described clearly… so this might not.

I’m pretty sure it apply to last gasp. I mean signers of suffering reduces cooldowns foe the lesser vamp sig trait and the plague sending trait

Last gasp syncs with spectral mastery, therefore you can trait it and get the benefits ie; longer SA along with shorter CD and life force gain.
