Please add 1 CD upon entering shroud for the following reasons:
No more accidentally double tap on F1(shroud).
The trait Unholy Sanctuary would benefit from this change. You don’t accidentally exit shroud when US procs.

However it does not go well with shroud flashing. Which is a legitimate thing to do. However a 1 sec icd may be usefull for unholy sanctuary only.

Don’t do it Anet. People need to learn not to panic and hammer their keys.

I love “shroud flashing” for its utiliy (Stunbreak, Fury, Stability, Weakness Application, Boon Removal, Protection and whatnot…). That second would be extremely annoying and make playing Necro even more slow and clunky.

Anet already added a 1s cd to reaper’s shroud in beta HoT and they got torn apart because of it.
Classic l2p issue.
