Hi All,

Is there any solid information out there about the effects of life-steal while in death shroud? Has anyone taken the time to test this stuff?

For example, effects of:
- food
- sigils
- runes

Also perhaps:
- regen
- sigil of restoration
- soothing mist
- tons more I’m sure I’m missing!

None of the things you listed will steal life in shroud, if by some chance you find one of them works Please for the love of god keep it to yourself and never mention it ever again.

right now pretty sure only siphons and I think the sov active heal in shroud.

I thought the patch notes said all life stealing worked through shroud now? Did I misread the notes?

Basically only siphons that are unique to Necromancers, through skills and traits, work through DS, and SoV is bugged right now.

And not Parasitic Contagion…

“Blood Magic traits that siphon health now heal through shroud. Additionally, siphon damage and healing from traits is now called out in the combat log”

Blood Bond, specifically. For some reason, that one isn’t healing through death shroud.

Yeah, I just tested it again, only Blood Bond is an issue.

odd. Good to know though.

They stated reaper shroud would now restore health health. But we won’t get that til HoT

What?

Some traits heal you in shroud, some don’t. It’s confusing. Sorry there’s not a better answer than that

Oh you mean that reaper trait that heals in DS but grant LF while out of DS? So far only siphons from Blood Magic heal in shroud not even lesser SoV,Parasitic Contagion or Spiteful Renewal(what’s against that one?!).
