Quick question about Deathly Perception. Say i have 50% Crit chance prior to DS. If i drop 3 wells, and then pop into death shroud, does it make my wells crit 100% of the time?

Yes. Crits are calculated at time of the damage application, so anything that you have going (locust swarm, wells, etc) will work, so long as the damage is applied after you enter DS.

Same thing with entering Lich Form.
