If I have say, 2 Condition Necro’s with the exact same build using Fear with the damage and such..and We double fear that guy…Will both us do damage to him while he’s feared?

Since Fear stacks in duration, I’d bet it’d work like burning or poison. First it would deal the damage ticks from one of you, then the other.

Mixing insults with your post is like pooping in a salad.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.

It should work like burning. Just something to caution (if you try this out); fear maxes out at 5 seconds, which is pretty easy with 2 people.
