Well of Suffering does crit, as does Well of Corruption.
Siphons, like conditions, ignore all forms of damage reduction, but also can’t crit or benefit from % damage increases.
Adding to Drarnor, siphons scale a tiny bit of power in their damage counterpart, and healing power in their healing counterpart so they are not completely uninteractable; its just hard to build on it.
