Quick Question on Reaper Underwater
ANet seems to be avoiding talk on anything regarding underwater, but im pretty sure reaper shroud should be getting underwater abilities
Reaper’s Shroud is the same underwater as it is on land. I saw it last BW.

It had the same skills then the land version if i recall correctly from the last bwe.

Reaper shroud underwater is by intended design. It replaces your death shroud in all it’s entirety.
