Guild Wars 2

I was playing with QT a few days ago and did not seem to be able to quite match the movement speed of SotL when running 2 daggers, MH+OH.

Anyone else have that same problem or was I just imagining it? I was tired.

I tried the trait while slotting and un-slotting SotL. Movement speed doesn’t seem to change.
