Looking that this with daggers in both hands. They don’t stack do they? When I switch from D/D to my staff I don’t slow down with Signet of the Locust active making me believe that they don’t actually stack which makes me sad.

Am I right in that they do not stack and you cant get 50% movment speed without swiftness?

They don’t stack, swiftness is the fastest you can go.

Swiftness also doesn’t stack with locust. the way it works is the highest movement speed boost takes place over the lower so there’s effectively no stacking of movespeed.
