I have tested this over and over and it doesn’t seem to be stacking with our Signet of Locust.. Is this the way it is supposed to be and if so WHY?

They don’t stack, easy as that ^^

Than again I expect nothing less from the devs our class is so borked and nothing but nerfs we get

In this case, it’s not our class. No speed buffs stack. They never did.
