Hey ppl, sometimes i get quickness, usually when i use warhorn…but i dont know how the hell i get it. Can someone enlighten ?

Must be the sigil you have on your warhorn. Check if it is a Sigil of rage

Locust Swarm.
War horn skill, #4 slot. gives quickness.

Warhorn doesn’t give quickness. It’s most likely a coincidence that you use it while a guardian use his tome of wrath.

Balance team is a bunch of clowns, hurting the game to the full extent of their abilities.
