Mostly people will use whatever gear they already have, pick up Death Magic with traits oriented towards your minions, then run two minions (Blood fiend optional), Rise, and the flesh Golem.

Picking Blood Magic will give you a way to more easily heal your minions. In order to maximize its effectiveness, I suggest using dagger/warhorn for self heals and using the Transfusion GM trait to turn Reaper 4 into a heal skill.

That’s basically all you need for a solid MM build with Reapers. It’s pretty easy to start up and/or incorporate into existing builds.

My build is the best for PvP, obviously :^)

For PvE, it depends on your goal, but generally whatever build maximizes DPS while having the minions is best.
