That’s the new Reaper skin if I’m not mistaken. You will get it as you progress through the reaper unlocks.

So, That Scythe looks WAY longer than I thought… I’m willing to bet the range/radius on those hits will be like 180-240 rather than standard melee range of 130. That’s pretty awesome.
